Coriander (Coriandrum sativum)
Spices are obtained by drying or grinding the fruits of the coriander plant in colors ranging from sphere-shaped yellowish-green to light brown. In addition, fresh leaves and the root are used in salads. It has a refreshingly pleasant smell, a sweet springy and fruity flavor. The leaves, which are used in meat dishes and to add a condiment to olive oil stuffings, give a hot taste.
